Your practice, with room for what matters.

MindFind will bring together your professional presence, appointment management and the tools to carry your work with each client forward.

A future professional subscription will combine visibility and practice tools. No price has been announced and no charges are active.

Check the beta status
  • Profile, calendar and bookings

Present your practice so new clients can find you. Availability, bookings and calendar in one place.

  • Support between sessions

You can also invite clients from your own practice through a link they have to accept. Share agreements, activities and goals, and read what they send back.

  • Resources with context

Reuse your own templates, links and files. Conversations stay tied to what you agreed, with communication limits visible to both sides.

  • Documentation that keeps its history

Write notes for MindFind or external sessions, save drafts and amend them while keeping earlier revisions. Conclusions for the client are published separately.

Coming soon · AI as support for your notes

We are preparing optional help to organise written notes and suggest conclusions from the fields you select. Always under professional review and never published automatically.

This assistance remains switched off, with no release date. It does not include recording, transcription or automated diagnosis.

Follow-up, the library —including your own files— and notes are in preparation and not publicly available yet.

For clients

Choose calmly. Keep what matters within reach.

MindFind is designed to connect you with verified psychologists and bring together the steps around each session. The app is not open to the public yet.

Find someone to talk to

Compare profiles and credentials. Filter by speciality, language, online or in-person format, area and budget, and see what matters to you before choosing.

Keep your appointments on track

Book a session, check your calendar and manage changes. Chat keeps your conversations with your practitioner in one place, subject to their availability and with no promise of immediate replies.

MindFind will be free for clients. No platform fee for invitations or sessions. Sessions are paid separately, at the price agreed with your practitioner.

Coming soon · Between-session follow-up

A place for what you are working on

You will be able to see agreements, activities, goals and resources shared by your practitioner, along with the conclusions they choose to publish for you, kept separate from their working notes.

Bring your topics, share at your own pace

You will be able to prepare what you want to discuss before the session, save your answers as a draft and decide when to share them. Saving will not be the same as sending.

These follow-up tools are in preparation and are not available for public use yet.

How it works

Before, during and after the session.

This is the journey we are preparing. The app does not offer public access yet.

  1. Search and book

Compare verified practitioners, pick a day, time and format, and review your appointment before confirming.

  2. Spend the session on what matters

The session is with your practitioner. You can work on whatever you need; MindFind does not replace psychological care.

  3. Continue with what you agree

Coming soon: prepare your topics, review agreements and resources, and share your answers whenever you decide to.

Privacy and control

Saving, sharing and publishing are separate decisions.

The upcoming follow-up tools keep draft work apart from what is shared. Everyone will be able to tell what they have saved and what they have sent.

Your drafts, at your own pace

As a client, you will be able to save answers and topics for your next session without sharing them yet. They are only sent when you expressly decide to. Illustrative example: “I would like to talk about how to organise my week”, first as a draft and later shared.

Working notes and conclusions kept apart

A practitioner’s notes are not published to the client automatically: shared conclusions are prepared and published separately. That separation inside the app does not remove the client’s right of access; requests are handled with the data controller, as applicable.

Frequently asked questions

What people usually ask before starting

When will I be able to use MindFind?

MindFind is in development. Search, bookings, calendar and chat are implemented; follow-up and notes are in preparation, pending activation. AI remains switched off. There is no public sign-up yet, and no download on Google Play or the App Store. For now you can explore what we are building for clients and psychologists here.

What will be free and what is paid separately?

Using MindFind will be free for clients, with no platform fee for invitations or sessions. Sessions are paid separately, at the price agreed with your practitioner. For psychologists we plan a single subscription combining visibility and practice tools; no price has been announced and no charges are active.

Will I be able to invite clients from my own practice?

Yes, that is part of the follow-up we are preparing. The invitation will require acceptance and, where applicable, confirmation by the practitioner. A follow-up link is never activated simply by booking or starting a chat.

Will I have to use artificial intelligence?

No. Filter-based search does not require AI. The optional help for expressing search preferences and the professional assistance for notes both remain switched off. The latter is designed to organise written notes and suggest conclusions from selected fields, under professional review, without confirming or publishing anything automatically. It does not include recording, transcription, automated diagnosis or AI therapy.

Who receives the text if AI is switched on?

The planned assistance will use OpenAI. In search, the message and the draft preferences are sent; in notes, the written fields authorised for the task. It is not active, and turning it on requires completing the data processing terms and the assessment. Choosing the fields and reviewing the result do not replace those obligations.

Does chat mean immediate attention?

No. Each practitioner replies according to their availability and the communication limits they state. Chat is not an emergency channel and does not imply permanent availability. If you are in immediate danger, contact the emergency services in your area.

What will I be able to download of my information?

The planned export will respect each person’s permissions: practitioners can export their notes and revisions, and clients the shared information that concerns them. An ordinary download does not replace submitting an access request to the data controller, nor does it mean that all working notes are excluded from that right.
