MindFind is in development. These terms are a draft for review, not a final contract or confirmation that all features are available. Effective date and acceptance mechanism: [PENDIENTE].

MindFind supports finding verified professionals, viewing profiles, bookings, scheduling and chat. Care is provided by the professional. The platform does not offer automated diagnoses, therapeutic AI or promises of clinical outcomes. It is not an emergency service.

An account identifies a patient or professional. Account and credential information must be accurate; access credentials must be protected. Do not access another person’s information or share third-party information without authorisation. Minimum age, representation of minors, moderation rules and suspension procedure: [PENDIENTE].

Verification is decided through a privileged process outside the app, using credential information. A profile can only be published once verified. This check does not guarantee fit, clinical quality or outcomes. Professional responsibilities and terms of the care relationship: [PENDIENTE].

Bookings depend on professional availability; the app manages authorised cancellations and rescheduling. Profiles show a price per session. Use is free for patients and a single professional subscription is planned, with no price or payment provider decided and no payments implemented. Consultation fees, payment, cancellation, refunds and missed appointments: [PENDIENTE]; this draft sets no fees or penalties.

Follow-up requires a consented relationship. Sharing activities, responses or preparation is an explicit action; opening them does not mean reviewing them. Private professional notes are not automatically shared with patients. AI requires activation and the applicable consent or legal basis, still awaiting approval for notes; its proposals must be reviewed. These tools do not guarantee an immediate response or replace professional care.

The privacy policy explains the planned processing. The app supports export and account deletion requests with a general 14-day period in which explicit sign-in cancels the request. Retention of follow-up and care documentation requires an approved policy and is not automatically ended by that period. Ordinary downloads do not by themselves resolve requests for documentation access.
